A signed rental agreement and/or event contract AND deposit/retainer are required to reserve your event date and/or rental item(s). Only if and when both are received will the event date or rental item be placed on hold. Estimates are only valid for 7 days.

When it comes to MOST of our pieces they are either handmade, vintage, fragile or require set up (i.e. backdrops) and therefore require special handling. Because of this, we do not allow pick up unless otherwise specified. We will do our best to accommodate our clients and work out a delivery and pick up schedule that’ll fit all needs.

Our rentals are delivered and picked up within the same day unless otherwise specified. We might have the same rental item booked back to back days. You may request as a courtesy a next day pick up however it will only be granted as a case by case situation based on availability. To guarantee a multiple day rental, the rental items would need to be booked and paid for those days.

For rental items- we are located in San Bernardino County and service the Inland Empire (San Bernardino & Riverside County), Los Angeles County and Orange County. We will consider delivery outside of our service area. Delivery rates and minimums will apply.

We understand that sometimes things happen, however if damage is caused to one of our rental items we try our best to fix or clean ourselves. If the damage requires outside assistance or is beyond repair, we will assess the value for replacement/repair cost. Client is responsible/liable for the replacement or repair of the item.

All deposits are non refundable. If the event date needs to be changed or rescheduled, a credit will be provided given the date is available. A rescheduling fee may apply.

Planners have the ability to provide you insight as to how a well thought-out event could run. They ensure that the often overlooked details shine through and create a lasting impression.  And just put plainly, it allows you an opportunity to give little thought to the daunting logistics of planning. During those special events, whether it be a wedding or celebration, you should be able to be present and savor the moment with your loved ones!
